The Alicia Suite is a perfect place to enjoy the fire from the nearly 200 year old fireplace with gas logs. The queen-sized bed has soft cotton linens, a featherbed, quilts and more quilts. Antiques and collectables decorate the suite. Look through the lace curtains to view the Hiwassee River and the pond that reflects the red sunsets. The Helen Suite with king-sized bed is spacious and beautifully decorated. Luxurious linens and hand-made quilts are featured with velvet duvet making this suite inviting and comfortable. Standing by the gas log, hand-made brick fireplace, you may wonder who stood and got warm there so many years ago. Rates:
- $85 - $125.00 per night, 5% for 3 or more nights, except holiday periods, no minimum stay.

- Special Anniversary, Honeymoon and Elopement package pricing  includes  wine and cheese basket please call or use our online request form for pricing.

Menu:
- Full breakfast, coffee at your door for early risers. Ask about pricing on our picnic lunch and candle light dinner specials. Advance notice please.

Policy:
- Check-in 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Please call for late arrival arrangements.
- We ask that all reservations be guaranteed by a deposit equal to one night's stay.
- Because of our small size cancellations affect us significantly. A 10 day cancellation notice is required.
- Refunds for cancellations will only be given if the Suite is rebooked for the dates of your reservation.
